Maui Wowie hit the market in the 1960’s and at that time was one of the highest THC strains you could buy. As the name implies, this strain originated on the Island of Maui and then spread to other Hawaiian Islands. Maui Wowie THC levels typically run in the range of 15% to 25% THC.
